Since 1999
A diversified group operating across Africa and the Gulf.
S&R Sundeep Group has grown from FMCG trading into retail and wholesale, food and beverage manufacturing, salt refining, automotive distribution, oil and gas, and industrial services. Operations run on company-owned logistics, coordinated financially from Dubai.
At a glance
Scale, reach and operational footprint.
S&R Sundeep Group is a diversified group with its financial headquarters in Dubai and operations across nine countries. Local offices and distribution centres support the Group throughout its operating network.
The Group began in 1999 when Sunder Gurbani started trading FMCG in Africa. Raju Gurbani joined him in Congo around 2002, and the partnership between the two brothers has been the constant through every stage of the Group's expansion since.
What followed was not diversification for its own sake. Each new business was built where the Group already had distribution, customers or physical presence. Retail came from trading. Manufacturing came from retail. Industrial services came from being established in an oil town with warehousing and vehicles already in place.

Our story
Twenty-seven years, one partnership.
Each business was built where the Group already had distribution, customers or physical presence. Nothing here was acquired ready-made.
The business begins
Sunder Gurbani begins the business in Africa, initially trading FMCG products.
The partnership forms
Raju Gurbani joins his brother in Congo around 2002. Their partnership becomes the foundation for the Group's expansion.
Across Central and West Africa
Operations expand across Central and West Africa, with trading and distribution remaining at the core of the business.
Into manufacturing and services

A nine-country group
The Group operates across nine countries, supported by its UAE financial hub, company-owned infrastructure and a local distribution network.
Operating model
Owned. Operated. Controlled.
The Group runs its core logistics in-house rather than outsourcing it. Transport, warehousing, land and supply chain coordination are company-owned and company-managed across the operating network.
