The beverage business runs from production through to distribution. Manufacturing and bottling sit at Tokor in Ghana, and the output moves into the Group's trading markets across West and Central Africa.
Owning both ends matters here. Production gives the Group control over cost and availability, and the distribution network gives it a route to market that does not depend on a third-party wholesaler. Gabon, Togo and Benin all carry established alcohol trading businesses, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo is being prepared as the next market for distribution.
