Overview
Trading is the business the Group started with in 1999 and it still sits underneath everything else. FMCG lines moved through West and Central Africa first, and the retail, manufacturing and industrial businesses were built on top of the distribution routes and customer relationships that trading established.
The Group trades FMCG, beverages, frozen and chilled products across its markets, with volumes supported by export activity from India. Because distribution runs on company-owned vehicles and warehousing, the Group controls delivery into markets where third-party logistics is unreliable or expensive.

Angola
Luanda, Cabinda, Huambo, Lobito
Angola is the Group's largest operating market. Luanda carries the principal commercial and manufacturing base, while Cabinda, Huambo and Lobito concentrate on supermarket and wholesale activity.
Republic of the Congo
Pointe-Noire, Brazzaville, Dolisie
The Group operates wholesale businesses across all three cities. Pointe-Noire additionally carries the Group's oil and gas industrial services division and a poultry and meat distribution centre.
Gabon
Libreville
Gabon holds the Group's exclusive Eicher Trucks agency alongside an established alcohol trading and distribution business. Frozen food trading is the next planned area of expansion in this market.
Togo
Lomé
Operations are concentrated in Lomé and focus on alcohol and frozen meat trading.
Benin
Cotonou
Operations are concentrated in Cotonou and focus on alcohol and FMCG.
Democratic Republic of the CongoIn development
Market established
The Group's company in the Democratic Republic of the Congo is established and the market is being prepared for trading and distribution. Activity is planned around alcoholic beverages, meat and poultry distribution.
