Overview
Manufacturing was the step that moved the Group from moving other people's products to making its own. The operations are concentrated in Angola, where salt refining sits alongside food production and multi-product packaging.
The commercial logic is straightforward. The Group already distributes across the region and already owns retail shelf space, so production that feeds those routes captures margin that would otherwise sit with a supplier. It also shortens the supply chain in markets where imported goods face long and unpredictable lead times.
