S&R Sundeep Group is owned and directed by its two founders. The Group has had the same leadership since 1999, and both founders remain directly involved in how it is run.
Sunder Gurbani
Sunder began the business in Africa in 1999 and established the trading foundation from which S&R Sundeep Group grew.
Raju Gurbani
Raju joined his brother in Congo around 2002 and became a central partner in the Group's expansion and diversification.
A long-standing partnership built on shared ownership, entrepreneurship and continued growth.
The partnership
One partnership, twenty-seven years.
Sunder Gurbani began trading FMCG in Africa in 1999. Raju Gurbani joined him in Congo around 2002, and the two have run the business together since. The partnership has been the constant through every stage of the Group's expansion, from trading into retail, manufacturing, automotive and industrial services.
Ownership and direction have stayed with the two founders throughout. Decisions about new markets and new business lines are made by the people who built the existing ones.
